Once we have shipped out your order, we will not be held liable for any loss or damages that occur during delivery. Everything that goes out of our hands are well-checked and packed securely. If in case your order arrives damaged, please contact us ASAP and we will do our best to assist you.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If there is any problem with your order, please contact us first ASAP so we can solve it for you. We accept returns/exchanges of any unused items within 30 days of receipt. Refund of the item's cost will be processed back to your original form of payment.
To initiate a return/exchange request, please email us at hello@dylplanner.com first with your full name, order number, and a reason for return. Once approved, ship the item back to us and wait for our email confirmation. Return shipping will be shouldered by you.
The return & exchange policy described here applies only to online purchases made through this website. We reserve the right to decline return/exchange requests if the product has been used or in question.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
An order may be canceled within 1 hour of purchase– this is because we do fulfillment regularly so it is possible to have your orders packed and shipped the same day you ordered. In light of this, we are unable to cancel orders once they have been sent out for delivery. There will be no cancellations during sales and promotions.
CUSTOMS & IMPORT TAXES
Orders sent with tracking number may incur taxes upon arrival in your country. Please check with your local customs office about rules and regulations that may apply to you. We are not responsible for any customs fees or duties incurred on international shipments as these are the responsibility of the buyer.
