DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes! But due to Covid-19, we are only able to select countries outisde of the US right now: Canada, Mexico, and UK.

If you're in Australia, Bahrain, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, and UAE, head to our Philippine site to order.

If your country is not listed above, please send us a message and we'll look into it!

PROCESSING TIME

Processing usually takes 2-4 business days and this may change depending on the volume of orders we get, especially during pre-orders and the holiday season. We will be posting updates at the top portion of our website or on the product pages.

SHIPPING TIME

Covid-19 Shipping Update: All deliveries may be slightly delayed due to the current Covid-19 safety and social distancing measures implemented during this period.

• For U.S. orders: Depending on your order, it can take anywhere from 2-7 business days after the ship out date.
• For International orders: It can take anywhere from 7-30 business days, but may take longer during the holiday peak season. Costs vary per country-- check our Shipping Info page for details.

Custom and Import Taxes: All shipping rates do not include custom and import taxes / duties, which are to be shouldered by the customer. For more information on taxes, duties and customs regulations please contact your local customs office directly. All international orders will ship from the USA as of the moment.

Once we ship out your order, we will send you a confirmation email with your tracking details.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

We're sorry to hear that. Kindly email hello@dylplanner.com ASAP (include your full name & order number) to see if you're still eligible for cancellation. Your payment will be refunded in the form of store credit, which you can use towards future orders.

We are unable to cancel orders once they have been shipped.

CAN I CHANGE MY ADDRESS?

If your order hasn't been shipped yet, please contact us ASAP and we will do our best to help you.

Once your order is shipped, we are not able to change anything, so please make sure to double check your details before placing an order.

DAMAGED / MISSING ITEMS

In the rare event that you receive a damaged product, please accept our apologies and email us at hello@dylplanner.com within 3 days of receipt to initiate a replacement. Please include your full name, order number and clear photos of the damage as this will help us work out a resolution for you as quickly as possible.

MY ORDER HASN'T ARRIVED YET. WHAT NOW?

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery time, please check your tracking number on your shipping notification email. You can also ask your local post office if they are holding packages for you or call the courier directly for any issues. In cases where your package was undeliverable and was sent back to us, you will be asked to cover for the shipping fee for the resend.

I FORGOT TO USE MY DISCOUNT CODE, WHAT CAN I DO?

Due to system limitations, we are unable to retrospectively apply your discount code to an order that has already been placed. In the future, please take extra care to ensure that both the discount code has been entered correctly and has been applied on your purchase!

WHY CAN'T I USE MULTIPLE DISCOUNT CODES?

We allow only one promotion or discount code to be applied at checkout so do weigh out which code works best for your order! If you have any questions, feel free to contact us at hello@dylplanner.com

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@dylplanner.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Shipping fee will be shouldered by you. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) and digital products (like digital planners and stickers). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

DO YOU CUSTOMIZE PLANNERS?

Yes! We offer logo printing to any of our existing planners. Minimum order is 50 units. For quantities lower than this, get in touch with us and we'll see what we can do depending on your needs.

Rates will be based on each product's bulk pricing and customization fees.

Depending on the specs and quantity, we can print them for you!

Please provide us with these specs so we can give you an accurate quotation:

• Cover: Size, material and thickness, # of colors (in CMYK), Lamination
• Pages: Size, material and thickness, # of colors (in CMYK), # of sheets

CAN YOU DESIGN A PLANNER FOR ME?

Yes! We can create a planner custom to your brand from scratch, or we can also use any of our planners as a base template and customize the design. We will oversee all the steps of production for you as well. Please contact us and we can talk more details!
