Yes! But due to Covid-19, we are only able to select countries outisde of the US right now: Canada, Mexico, and UK.

Processing usually takes 2-4 business days and this may change depending on the volume of orders we get, especially during pre-orders and the holiday season. We will be posting updates at the top portion of our website or on the product pages.
Covid-19 Shipping Update: All deliveries may be slightly delayed due to the current Covid-19 safety and social distancing measures implemented during this period.
• For U.S. orders: Depending on your order, it can take anywhere from 2-7 business days after the ship out date.
• For International orders: It can take anywhere from 7-30 business days, but may take longer during the holiday peak season. Costs vary per country-- check our Shipping Info page for details.

Custom and Import Taxes: All shipping rates do not include custom and import taxes / duties, which are to be shouldered by the customer. For more information on taxes, duties and customs regulations please contact your local customs office directly. All international orders will ship from the USA as of the moment.

Once we ship out your order, we will send you a confirmation email with your tracking details.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
We're sorry to hear that. Kindly email firstname.lastname@example.org ASAP (include your full name & order number) to see if you're still eligible for cancellation. Your payment will be refunded in the form of store credit, which you can use towards future orders.
We are unable to cancel orders once they have been shipped.
CAN I CHANGE MY ADDRESS?
If your order hasn't been shipped yet, please contact us ASAP and we will do our best to help you.
Once your order is shipped, we are not able to change anything, so please make sure to double check your details before placing an order.
DAMAGED / MISSING ITEMS
In the rare event that you receive a damaged product, please accept our apologies and email us at email@example.com within 3 days of receipt to initiate a replacement. Please include your full name, order number and clear photos of the damage as this will help us work out a resolution for you as quickly as possible.
MY ORDER HASN'T ARRIVED YET. WHAT NOW?
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery time, please check your tracking number on your shipping notification email. You can also ask your local post office if they are holding packages for you or call the courier directly for any issues. In cases where your package was undeliverable and was sent back to us, you will be asked to cover for the shipping fee for the resend.
